Induction Tomorrow Morning

Just a quick note to let you all know that we still haven't had the baby- so we are going in to be induced as planned tomorrow morning- 7:30- and we will call people and/or post an update once she is here and everything settles down.

Please pray that everything goes well. I'm a little nervous and we're trying to stay distracted right now.

Updated (10:37 pm) I think the baby has FINALLY dropped today. I feel like I can't empty my bladder all the time and it is uncomfortable to walk. And I am having trouble moving from sitting to standing. It just feels like a lot of pressure and a little bit of lower backache- but still no contractions!

Good baby- please help your mommy out and get as far down there as you can!

    You're gonna do great! I know I can't read the future, but everything will turn out wonderful. The hardest part is waiting until the induction and before you know it, time flies, and she'll be here! Best wishes!! =)

    You'll do great. Just remember that no matter what happens, the baby is the important part. You're doing everything for her!

    Update.

    No real progress until around 4pm when they broke her water. She finally felt contractions. She had three epidural attempts because something went wrong. She will have to explain that to you.

    When we spoke at 8pm she was almost to ten. They think Bailey will arrive by about 10pm tonight.

    Good luck Tara! I've been thinking of you all day, she'll be here soon enough. Sorry this is harder (and longer) than you thought it might be, but like someone else said, this is all for her and you will be holding her soon. Please let us know as soon as you are up to it.

    SHe's here! 7lbs 7oz and 19 inches long born around 930pm. Everyone is just fine!
